This course is designed for actors at any point in their career who are seeking a deeper exploration of acting specifically for the screen. Whether you’re just starting out or already established, if you’re eager to delve into the intricacies of on-camera performance, this workshop is for you. This intensive one-day course is designed for actors seeking to elevate or revitalise their screen acting abilities in readiness for upcoming professional opportunities.
Participants will receive a professionally edited 1-minute scene suitable for their showreels, delivered after the course. These scenes will be two-hander pieces that participants will work on throughout the workshop. Scripts for these scenes will be provided in advance, allowing actors to prepare and fully engage in the on-camera work during the course.

- Camera Craft: delve into the intricate dynamics between the actor and the camera, learning about different shots, movements, and techniques that elevate your performance.
- Review & Feedback: you will have the opportunity to watch your on-screen work, gaining valuable insights to refine your performance and grasp the nuances of acting specifically for the screen.
- On-Set Dynamics: Learn the etiquette, hierarchy, and focus required when working on set, ensuring professionalism and maintaining performance quality.
