ACE wanted a concise but detailed video explaining their new Care Navigation system being introduced into GP surgeries for both patients and internal staff.
How we achieved it:
Animated explainer videos are an excellent way to grab new customers attention and convey information in a positive and engaging manner. We created two videos for ACE one for their patients that portrayed all of the information in a clear and understandable manner through animation and voice-over and a second video for internal staff that gave more detailed information about the implantation of the new system. The use of bright imagery, upbeat music and a comforting voice-over reflected the warmth of the ACE brand.
