The Game Keeper’s Daughter wanted us to create a brand film that captured the essence of her identity and the culture surrounding her foraging and locally sourced cooking. Rooted deeply in place and personality, it was essential that the film centred on her lifestyle, the land she forages from, and her intimate connection with the local environment.
Rather than focusing on one aspect of her diverse business—which includes products, workshops, and events—we chose to tell a broader story. The film is a portrait of who she is and how her values shape her approach to food and community. Through cinematic visuals, we follow her foraging journey across stunning landscapes, using natural light and careful composition to reflect the authenticity and beauty of her work.
Her story is told in her own words through a conversational voice-over, inviting the audience into her world. Paired with a carefully curated soundtrack and thoughtful colour grading, the result is a visually rich and emotionally resonant film that communicates her brand’s values and draws viewers in to learn more.
